Hampton Inn Waterloo

The staff went above and beyond. They were very helpful, cordial and pleasant. I was greeted each time I entered and left. They went out of their way to help.

The ladies in the kitchen did a great job well and beyond I think that deserve a raise the ladies were 2 African American ladies they worked at the Hampton Hilton Waterloo Iowa on Laport Rd

The breakfast was excellent - scrambled eggs very good. Selection of food very good. Amount of food/coffee/drinks very good.

Hotel was clean.

Our room seemed very clean. The sheets smelled fresh. =) The young lady at the front desk was helpful and very pleasant.
